Dear God:
What places within me lie in wait 
with their emptiness, fear, loneliness, judgment, and hate? 
Only You know them in this moment. 
I ask You, God, to go there now and fill those places 
with Your love, courage, presence, compassion, and grace – 
so that when they are opened, 
for I know they will one day be,
I see Your face 
and know 
I have already been saved.
