The Distraction

Remove it from me,
oh please,
this need for distraction
for running
and panting
and pushing
away from the real
me.
Remove it from me,
oh please,
this call to confusion
to worrying
and doubting
and analyzing
away from the real
you.
Remove it from me,
oh please,
this state of disorder
in worldliness
and neediness
and craving
away from the real
us.
Fulfill me instead,
oh please,
with an opening
for receiving
and flowing
and loving
to be with the real
One.
