Dear God:
Make me a helper, suitable for Dave.
Show me where Dave needs me.
Guide me to the places in Dave’s heart that need love.
Adorn me with Your grace so that I can be Your face for Dave.
Give me all that I need to love Dave as he is in every moment of every day,
so that he can become all that You created him to be.
Bless me, God, with the unending love of Jesus each time
I look at Dave,
