God, I pray today,
that You will help my heart to remember
that I am in union with this whole world,
as is
every single person and creature I meet throughout this day,
every single growing thing,
and
every single breath of life.
When I feel disjointed, abandoned, shut out, or uncomfortable,
please wrap your loving arms around me
and guide me away from confusion, loneliness, fear, and discomfort,
and back to the unified love of Your desire for this world.
