When there is no hope in my heart,
may I remember what You have overcome.
When there is no vision in my eyes,
may they land upon Your splendor in nature.
When all I can hear is hatred and despair,
may Your Word comfort me with Truth.
When my soul is worn and barely breathing,
may the Light and Love of Your Son fulfill.
