Dear God:
I pray today to focus only on the good of You that is reflected in others. 
Deflect my eyes away from their defects, limitations, and annoyances 
so that I may see Your light in them.
And if that light is dim, 
I pray that Your fire in my own heart 
will spark an inferno of Your love between us – 
in that we will both experience Your radiance and compassion; 
even if only for a moment, 
even if only in one place – 
two will have gathered in You 
knowing the true meaning of Grace.
