Dear God:
I pray today for a heart like Jesus, 
a mind like Jesus, 
a Spirit like Jesus – 
Who always knew 
what to say, 
when to say it,
when not to speak at all, 
when to listen, 
and when and how to act. 
Give me the grace I need 
– and You and I both know that’s a lot – 
to be Your messenger in this crazy world. 
Thank You, God, for blessing me with 
a peaceful heart that desires only you.
