Once, I was 
exhausted.
So, I surrendered
 - for lack of any other choice -
and it served me well.

Now, I am 
restored. 
So, I surrender 
 - with millions of options to choose -
to the One who serves.

And therein lies the answer 
to every “unanswered” request of mine: 

love as He loved 
serve as He served
live as He lived

For, the most important word in His prayer 
is 
Thy,
not 
my.
