Despite the rain today – 
and it is a harsh, cold rain – 
summer will come!
53 years of life has proven that.
What would be best to do 
with that proof – 
which is ultimately 
faith
in the natural cycle of things – 
would be to transfer it 
to my heart
for all other things. 

May I walk with 
expectancy of Your Grace,
welcoming every single thing 
this day may bring
