Dear God:
Please remove from me all fear, doubt and uncertainty 
so that I might stand firm in the face of my enemies. 
Bless me with Your wisdom to recognize the barriers laid before me 
by the deceitfulness of this world; 
and grant me Your strength and courage 
to remain centered in the Truth – Your Truth – 
that assures me of Your love, protection and power to overcome the world. 
Wherever and whenever I am confronted by these deceivers, 
I pray to remain trusting in Your faithfulness – not only believing – 
but knowing 
that Your Way will always triumph over the evils of this world.
