What if
 God is nothing like
 what I have been taught
 or studied?
 What if
 the mystery of God
 is exactly that – 
 a true mystery
 never to be solved?
 What if 
 I laid down
 all my beliefs
 and experiences
 and understandings,
 and stood naked
 before my Creator?
  
 I wonder what would happen then…
  
 What if 
 I were able
 to do just that?
  
 Would I?
