The sturdy foundation of my soul is
bound in You,
my God of all power within.
With You, I stand firm,
protected from all adversaries
relieved of all afflictions.
You blaze my pathways with light,
whenever I call Your name.
You cover my heart with shields of love,
with protection through the night.
In joyous voice I sing to You,
the gratitude of a thousand tongues,
Oh Lord, Oh God, Oh Gracious One
stay in my soul forever.
